An embodiment provides an etch-resistant ceramic component and a method of manufacturing the same. The etch-resistant ceramic component includes a base mixture including yttria and a first metal compound, wherein the base mixture includes 1 wt % to 35 wt % of the first metal compound, and the first metal is one selected from the group consisting of zirconium, aluminum, and a combination thereof, and has an average grain size of 2 μm or less.
구현예는 이트리아 및 제1금속 화합물로 이루어지는 기본 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 기본 혼합물은 상기 제1금속 화합물을 1 wt% 내지 35 wt% 포함하고, 상기 제1금속은 지르코늄, 알루미늄 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군 중 선택된 하나이고, 평균 결정립 크기가 2 ㎛ 이하인, 내식각성 세라믹 부품 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
