Structure For Self-Assembly Panel Of Wall Of Building
The present invention relates to a structure of installing a finishing material for a building or structure wall, which can enable convenient assembly without using a sealing member on a connection portion between panels when a finishing material in a panel form is installed. The structure of installing a finishing material for a building or structure wall comprises: a base frame which is made of a square pipe and is installed to be fixed to the wall by using anchor bolts and brackets; a plurality of unit panels which are installed to be fixed to the outer surface of the base frame to cover the wall and include a rectangular upper plate and side plates installed to extend at right angles along the edge of the upper plate; and a panel connection means for continuously connecting neighboring unit panels in a chain form. The panel connection means comprises: a hanger loop which is installed on some of the side plates of the unit panels; and protrusions which are installed on the remaining side plates of the unit panels and to which the hanger loops are fastened. The present invention can continuously connect the unit panels by using the hanger loops and protrusions.
본 발명은 패널 형태로 되어 있는 마감재를 설치할 때 패널 간의 연결부위에 실링소재를 사용하지 않고 조립식으로 편리하게 시공할 수 있게 하는 건물 또는 구조물 벽체의 마감재 설치구조에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은, 앵커볼트 및 브래킷을 이용하여 상기 벽체에 고정 설치되는 것으로서 각관으로 이루어져 있는 베이스프레임; 상기 베이스프레임의 외면에 고정 설치됨으로써 상기 벽체를 덮게 되는 것으로서 사각 형태의 상판과, 상기 상판의 가장자리를 따라 직각으로 연장 설치되는 측판을 포함하는 복수 개의 단위패널; 이웃하는 상기 단위패널을 체인 형태로 연속적으로 연결하기 위한 패널연결수단을 포함하되; 상기 패널연결수단은, 상기 단위패널의 측판 중 일부 측판에 설치되는 걸고리; 및 상기 단위패널에 측판 중 나머지 측판에 설치되는 것으로서 상기 걸고리가 결착되는 걸림턱을 포함함으로써; 상기 걸고리와 걸림턱을 이용하여 상기 단위패널을 연속적으로 연결할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
