The present invention relates to an all-in-one drawable controller capable of integral control according to a use environment, which can easily extend for various sizes of drawable seat systems by using and mutually linking a plurality of standardized controller boxes for the drawable seat systems in which the number of withdrawal devices changes according to the system's size. The all-in-one drawable controller capable of integral control according to a use environment of the present invention comprises: a main PCB which is installed inside an auditorium to be applied to a drawable seat system formed by selecting a plurality of drawable seat modules driven by one withdrawal motor and on which a control unit driving and controlling a plurality of withdrawal motors, a wireless communication PCB, a three-phase circuit breaker, a magnet switch, and an overcurrent blocking device are mounted; a terminal unit to which a power terminal of the withdrawal motor, various sensor connection terminals, and various communication terminals are connected; a lower plate which supports the main PCB and the terminal unit; and an upper plate which protects a controller box in a state of being mounted with a lamp and an emergency switch. When a plurality of controller boxes are included, the controller boxes are separated into one master controller box and the remaining slave controller boxes. The master controller boxes and the slave controller boxes are connected in a mesh topology structure by an RS-485 communication method.
본 발명은 그 규모에 따라 사용되는 인출기 모터의 개수가 달라지는 수납식 관람석 시스템에 있어서 규격화된 제어기함을 복수 사용하여 상호 연동시킴으로써 다양한 규모의 수납식 관람석 시스템에 대해서도 용이하게 확장할 수 있도록 한 사용 환경에 따라 통합 제어가 가능한 올인원(All-In-One) 수납식 제어기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 사용 환경에 따라 통합 제어가 가능한 올인원(All-In-One) 수납식 제어기는 관람장 내부에 설치되어 1개의 인출기 모터에 의해 구동되는 수납식 관람석 모듈을 복수 채택하여 이루어진 수납식 관람석 시스템에 적용되고, 복수의 인출기 모터를 구동 및 제어하는 제어부, 무선 통신 PCB, 3상 차단기 및 마그넥트 스위치와 과전류 차단기가 탑재되는 메인 PCB; 인출기 모터 전원 단자와 각종 센서 연결 단자 및 각종 통신 단자가 연결되는 단자부; 메인 PCB와 단자부를 지지하는 하판 및 램프 및 비상 스위치가 탑재된 채로 제어기함을 덮어서 보호하는 상판을 포함하여 이루어진다. 전술한 구성에서, 복수의 제어기함을 포함한 경우에 1개의 마스터 제어기함과 나머지 슬레이브 제어기함으로 구분되고, 마스터 제어기함과 슬레이브 제어기함은 RS-485 통신 방식에 의해 메시 토폴로지 구조로 연결된다.
