The present invention relates to a two-stage vehicle parking facility that can park a vehicle in a narrow space in two stages, upper and lower. When parking a vehicle in an upper position, a frame main body is moved forward and a support plate is lowered so that even an inexperienced driver can park easily. Thus, parking can be done in the direction of travel of the vehicle. When the support plate is raised and lowered vertically using first and second lifting chains, the height displacement of the support plate can be variably adjusted by a compensation device so that the overall volume of the frame main body can be compactly reduced. When the frame main body moves forward and backward using a driving means, the structure thereof is improved so that the frame main body's straight movement can be guided using a guide protrusion and a driving roller. Thus, deviation in the direction of travel can be prevented. The two-stage vehicle parking facility comprises a rail member; a frame main body; a driving means; a support plate; and a lifting means.
본 발명은 협소한 공간에서 상,하측의 2단으로 차량을 주차할 수 있으며, 상측의 위치에 차량을 주차하고자 할 경우에 주차가 미숙한 운전자라도 주차가 용이하도록 프레임본체를 전방으로 이송시키고 받침판을 하강동작시킴으로써, 차량의 진행방향으로 주차할 수 있도록 함과 아울러, 제1,2승강체인을 이용하여 받침판을 수직방향으로 승강시킬 경우 받침판의 높이 변위를 보상장치로 가변 조절할 수 있게 되어 프레임본체의 전체 부피를 콤팩트하게 축소시킬 수 있고, 주행수단을 이용한 프레임본체의 전,후 방향 이동시 가이드돌부와 주행롤러를 이용하여 프레임본체의 직진 이동을 가이드하여 이동방향 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 2단식 차량 주차설비에 관한 것이다.
