Porcelain decoration manufacturing method using glass beads and porcelain decoration produced by the method
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porcelain decorative article using glass beads and a porcelain decorative article produced thereby, wherein the surface decoration of the porcelain article can be made colorful by using glass beads with various colors. The present invention comprises: (ST 1) a step of manufacturing an adhesive pool, wherein an adhesive pool having a certain viscosity is prepared; (ST 2) a color pigment manufacturing step for manufacturing a color pigment comprising a pigment for expressing a color in the adhesive pool; (ST 3) an enamel pigment manufacturing step, wherein the enamel pigment is produced by mixing enamel powder with the adhesive paste prepared above; (ST 4) a step of making an extrusion pouch using a waterproof coated paper to make a pouch for extrusion; (ST 5) a pigment dosing step, wherein enamel pigments and color pigments are individually dosed into the extrusion pouch produced above; (ST 6) a block line forming step which extrudes the extrusion pouch into which the enamel pigment is introduced to form a convex line forming step to form an outline line using the enamel pigment on the surface of the porcelain article; (ST 7) a color pigment coloring step of filling the surface of the porcelain article with color pigment by extruding the extruded pockets containing said color pigment; (ST 8) a step of glass bead attachment, wherein transparent glass beads are evenly scattered over said pigment-forming area to adhere to the pigment surface; and (ST 9) a step of firing the glass bead-attached porcelain article at a high temperature after drying.
본 발명은 글라스비드를 이용한 도자기 장식물 제작방법 및 이에 의해 제작된 도자기 장식물에 관한 것으로서, 도자기 기물의 표면 장식이 다양한 색상과 함께 글라스 비드를 이용하여 화려하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 일정 점성을 갖는 접착용 풀을 제조하는 접착풀 제조단계와;(ST 1) 상기 제조된 접착풀에 색상 표현을 위한 안료가 포함된 컬러 안료를 제조하는 컬러 안료 제조단계와;(ST 2) 상기 제조된 접착풀에 에나멜 분말을 혼합하여 에나멜 안료를 제조하는 에나멜 안료 제조단계와;(ST 3) 방수 코팅된 종이를 이용하여 압출용 주머니를 제작하는 압출 주머니 제작단계와;(ST 4) 상기 제작된 압출 주머니에 에나멜 안료 및 컬러 안료를 각각 개별 투입하는 안료 투입단계와;(ST 5) 상기 에나멜 안료가 투입된 압출 주머니를 압출하여 도자기 기물 표면에 에나멜 안료를 이용한 밑그림 라인을 형성하는 볼록라인 형성단계와;(ST 6) 상기 컬러 안료가 투입된 압출 주머니를 압출하여 도자기 기물 표면에 컬러 안료를 채워주는 컬러안료 채색단계와;(ST 7) 상기 안료 형성부위에 투명한 글라스 비드를 고르게 뿌려서 안료 표면에 부착되도록 하는 글라스 비드 부착단계와;(ST 8) 상기 글라스 비드가 부착된 도자기 기물을 건조 후 고온으로 소성하는 소성단계;(ST 9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
