The present invention relates to a ceiling earthquake resistance and vibration isolation device with an improved structure, which comprises: an anchor module fixed to the ceiling slab; a hanger module which supports a ceiling structure spaced apart from the ceiling slab; a damping unit which absorbs vibration transmitted through the anchor module or hanger module; and a housing module which connects the anchor module and the hanger module and provides compression force to maintain the damping unit in a compressed state compared to the initial state thereof.
본 천장내진 및 제진장치는 천장슬라브에 고정되는 앵커모듈과, 천장슬라브와 이격된 천장구조물을 지지하는 행어모듈과, 앵커모듈 또는 행어모듈을 통해 전달되는 진동을 흡수하는 댐핑유닛과, 앵커모듈과 행어모듈을 연결하는 하우징모듈로서, 댐핑유닛이 초기상태보다 압축된 압축상태를 유지하도록 압축력을 제공하는 하우징모듈을 포함한다.
