The present invention relates to a pipe duct (PD) partition fastened to a stud, which can fix and anchor a pre-manufactured panel-shaped inspection opening module and a fire hydrant enclosure module between a plurality of studs, respectively, installed between upper and lower runners and separate the studs as structures from a finishing material to reduce costs, efficiently utilize an inner space, simplify processes, and enhance constructability and finishing quality. The PD partition fastened to a stud of the present invention for forming a PD room of an apartment building comprises: a lower runner which is installed and fixed to the upper surface of a lower slab; an upper runner which is installed and fixed to a lower surface of an upper slab; studs which are installed in a plurality of rows to be spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction between the lower runner and the upper runner; a panel-shaped inspection opening module which is pre-manufactured to be mounted between two neighboring studs of the studs in the plurality of rows; a panel-shaped fire hydrant enclosure module which is pre-manufactured to be mounted between two neighboring studs of the studs in the plurality of rows; and a lightweight panel which is installed on the front surface of the studs to close an open portion between the studs.
본 발명은 상하부런너 사이에 설치되는 복수의 스터드 사이에 선제작된 패널 형태의 점검구 모듈과 소화전 외함 모듈을 각각 고정 장착함으로써, 구조체인 스터드와 마감재를 분리하여 원가 절감, 내부 공간의 효율적 활용, 공정 단순화는 물론 시공성 및 마감 품질 향상이 가능한 스터드 체결형 건식 PD 칸막이에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 스터드 체결형 건식 PD 칸막이는 공동주택 PD실을 형성하기 위한 것으로, 하부 슬래브의 상면에 고정 설치되는 하부런너; 상부 슬래브의 하면에 고정 설치되는 상부런너; 상기 하부런너와 상부런너 사이에 수평 방향으로 상호 이격되도록 복수 열로 설치되는 스터드; 선제작되어 상기 복수 열의 스터드 중 어느 이웃하는 2개의 스터드 사이에 장착되는 패널 형태의 점검구 모듈; 선제작되어 상기 복수 열의 스터드 중 다른 어느 이웃하는 2개의 스터드 사이에 장착되는 패널 형태의 소화전 외함 모듈; 및 상기 스터드 사이 개방된 부분을 폐쇄하도록 스터드의 전면에 설치되는 경량패널; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
