MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ECO-FRIENDLY SNOW REMOVAL AGENT USING OYSTER SHELL POWDER
According to the present invention, in an eco-friendly snow removal agent using oyster shell powder, discarded oyster shells are calcined at high temperatures to create a porous structure of soluble calcium, and a snow removal agent containing the structure is made, such that snow accumulated on a road melts and meets water to generate heat, thereby quickly melting the snow in the early stages of spraying. In addition, uncalcined oyster shell dry powder is added to suppress and control heat generation, and iron corrosion can be reduced by adsorbing chloride ions, which are considered as a disadvantage of existing snow removal agents, onto porous particles. In addition, the snow removal agent according to the present invention is environmentally friendly and has excellent ice melting performance in low-temperature environments, and has excellent durability and low manufacturing costs due to the absence of refreezing phenomenon, thereby being commercialized as the eco-friendly snow removal agent.
본 발명 굴패각 소성분말을 이용한 친환경 제설제는 버려지는 굴패각을 고온에서 소성시켜 수용성칼슘의 다공성 구조체로 만들어 이를 포함하는 제설제를 만들면 도로의 쌓인 눈이 녹으면서 물과 만나 열을 발생하여 살포초기에 눈을 신속히 녹일 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 소성되지 않은 굴패각 건조분말을 첨가하여 발열억제 및 조절하고, 기존 제설제의 단점으로 꼽히는 염화이온을 다공성입자에 흡착시켜 철부식화를 저감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 제설제는 친환경적이면서도 저온 환경에서의 융빙 성능이 우수하며, 재결빙 현상이 없어 지속성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 제조비용 역시 낮아 친환경 제설제로서 상용화가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
