Mounting Structure For Plate Member To A Frame
The present invention relates to a structure for fitting a plate member into a frame body, which comprises: a pair of horizontal grooves (3) formed on inner circumferential surface (11f) of upper and lower horizontal frames (11) of a frame body (10), which are arranged parallel to face each other and to be spaced from each other; and a pair of vertical grooves (5) formed on inner circumferential surface (13f) of right and left vertical frames (13) of the frame body (10), which are arranged parallel to face each other and to be spaced from each other. Each vertical groove (5) includes: a first groove wall member (51) protruding inward from the inner surface (13f) of the vertical frame (13) to form a groove wall of one side of the vertical groove (5); a second groove wall member (53) protruding inward from the inner surface (13f) of the vertical frame (13) to form a groove wall of the other side of the vertical groove (5); and groove wall hanger grooves (55) respectively recessed on the inner surfaces (13f) of the left and right vertical frames (13). Thus, the first groove wall member, the plate member, and the second groove wall member are sequentially fixed to the frame body, so the structure enables the convenient and reliable assembly operation of the plate member into the vertical grooves of the vertical frame.
본 발명은 틀체에 판부재를 끼우는 구조에 관한 것으로, 틀체(10)의 서로 마주보면서 나란하게 간격을 두고 배치되는 상하측 가로틀(11) 내주면(11f)에 각각 서로 마주보도록 형성되는 한 쌍의 가로홈(3); 및 서로 마주보면서 나란하게 간격을 두고 배치되는 상기 틀체(10)의 좌우측 세로틀(13) 내주면(13f)에 각각 서로 마주보면서 형성되는 한 쌍의 세로홈(5);을 포함하여 이루어지며, 각각의 상기 세로홈(5)은, 상기 세로틀(13) 내주면(13f)으로부터 안쪽방향으로 돌출됨으로써 상기 세로홈(5)의 일측 홈벽을 형성하는 제1 홈벽부재(51); 상기 세로틀(13) 내주면(13f)으로부터 안쪽방향으로 돌출됨으로써 상기 세로홈(5)의 타측 홈벽을 형성하는 제2 홈벽부재(53); 및 상기 좌우측 세로틀(13) 내주면(13f)에 각각 오목하게 형성되는 홈벽걸이홈(55);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 제1 홈벽부재, 판부재, 제2 홈벽부재를 틀체에 차례로 고정함으로써, 세로틀의 세로홈에 대한 판부재의 조립작업을 매우 편리하면서도 안정적으로 수행할 수 있게 된다.
