ASSEMBLY FOR SLAB PANNEL OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a slab panel assembly for concrete slab construction of a building. The slab panel assembly for construction of the present invention comprises: slab beams having both ends supported on the top of a wall panel; supporters erected from the ground to support connection parts of the slab beams; bidirectional connectors located at the top of the supporters to join the slab beams and the supporters; support panels having posts inserted into insertion openings formed inside the bodies of the connectors; slab panels forming the same plane as the upper surfaces of the support panels and arranged on the slab beams on a plane; a pair of fixing pieces mounted at the connection part of the bidirectional connector and the slab beam to secure the connection of the slab beam; and a gradual descent support guide guiding a gentle descent of a slab panel assembly. Since the connection between the slab beams is performed on the ground through the bidirectional connectors, the slab panel assembly of the present invention allows for easy assembly process and installation work of the slab panel assembly. Moreover, the support guides on the outer circumferential surface of the supporters prevent fixed coupling with the fixing pieces and the slab beams via fastening pins, so the construction and dismantling of the slab panel assembly can be performed easily and quickly.
본 발명은 건축물의 콘크리트 슬래브 시공을 위한 슬래브 패널 조립체에 관한 것으 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 건축용 슬래브 패널 조립체는, 양측 단부가 벽 패널 상단에서 지지되는 슬래브 빔과, 지면으로부터 세워져 상기 슬래브 빔의 연결부를 지지하는 서포터와, 상기 서포터의 상단에 위치하여 슬래브 빔과 서포터를 결합시키는 양방향 커넥터와, 상기 커넥터의 몸체 내부에 형성된 삽입구에 삽입되는 지주가 구비된 서포트 패널과, 상기 서포트 패널의 상면과 동일한 평면을 이루면서 슬래브 빔 상에 평면상으로 배열되는 슬래브 패널과, 상기 양방향 커넥터와 슬래브 빔 연결부에 장착되어 슬래브 빔의 연결이 이루어지도록 하는 한 쌍의 고정편과, 슬래브 패널 조립체의 완만한 하강을 유도하는 완강 지지가이드를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명은 슬래브 빔 사이의 연결이 양방향 커넥터를 통해서 지상에서 이루어질 수 있어서 슬래브 패널 조립체의 조립 공정과 설치 작업이 수월함과 아울러 서포터 외주면 상의 지지가이드는 슬래브 빔을 비롯한 고정편과의 체결핀에 의한 고정결합을 이루지 않도록 함으로써 슬래브 패널 조립체의 시공 및 해체가 손쉽고도 신속하게 이루어질 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a slab panel assembly for concrete slab construction of a building. The slab panel assembly for construction of the present invention comprises: slab beams having both ends supported on the top of a wall panel; supporters erected from the ground to support connection parts of the slab beams; bidirectional connectors located at the top of the supporters to join the slab beams and the supporters; support panels having posts inserted into insertion openings formed inside the bodies of the connectors; slab panels forming the same plane as the upper surfaces of the support panels and arranged on the slab beams on a plane; a pair of fixing pieces mounted at the connection part of the bidirectional connector and the slab beam to secure the connection of the slab beam; and a gradual descent support guide guiding a gentle descent of a slab panel assembly.
