PLANE CELADON POTTERY MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME AND DRY MEMBER FOR MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to plane celadon pottery, a manufacturing method of plane celadon pottery, and a uniform dry member for manufacturing plane celadon pottery. There are problems in that the plane celadon pottery may be distorted or cracked due to different shrinkage rates between a center and an edge of the celadon pottery during an inlay carving process. The first objective of the present invention is to install a uniform drying member on the edge of a celadon pottery substrate, and carve (engrave) an inlaid pattern after drying the entire celadon pottery substrate uniformly, thereby effectively preventing the distortion or cracking of the celadon substrate during the working and drying processes so that high-quality plane celadon pottery can be manufactured.
본 발명은 평면 청자, 그 평면 청자 제조방법 및 그 평면 청자 제조용 균일 건조부재에 관한 것으로, 평면 청자의 특성상 상감 조각과정에서 청자 소지의 중심 부분과 테두리 부분 간의 수축율이 상이하여 평면 청자의 비틀림이나 균열 등이 발생하는 문제점이 있는데, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 첫 번째 과제는 평면의 청자 소지의 테두리 부분에 균일 건조부재를 설치하여 청자 소지 전체를 균일하게 반 건조한 후에 상감 문양을 조각(음각)하므로, 작업과정 및 건조과정에서 청자 소지의 비틀림이나 균열 등을 효과적으로 방지함으로써, 고품질의 평면 청자를 제작할 수 있다.
