Disclosed in the present invention is a safety device for preventing falls. The disclosed safety device for preventing falls comprises: a ladder part arranged in a vertical direction; a first guide rail part disposed outside the ladder part and arranged in parallel with the ladder part; a connection part disposed between the ladder part and the first guide rail part to be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction and connecting the ladder part and the first guide rail part; and a moving part which moves along the first guide rail part and is selectively coupled to the first guide rail part to fix the position.
