Construction module block and its manufacturing and construction method
Disclosed are a construction module block that can be constructed in a shorter period of time compared to existing construction techniques regardless of the size and shape of the building to be built, and a method for manufacturing and constructing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a construction modular block formed through three-dimensional (3D) printing using multiple materials comprises: a block body in which a first part formed of a first material having a higher strength than another of the multiple materials and a second part formed of a second material having a higher ductility than another of the multiple materials are formed in a predetermined pattern by the 3D printing; and a hollow channel formed inside the block body to communicate with other construction module blocks.
건설용 모듈 블록과 이의 제조 및 시공 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다중 재료를 사용하여 3D 프린팅을 통해 형성되는 건설용 모듈 블록은, 상기 다중 재료 중 다른 재료보다 강도가 높은 제1 재료로 형성되는 제1 파트와 상기 다중 재료 중 다른 재료보다 연성이 높은 제2 재료로 형성되는 제2 파트가 상기 3D 프린팅을 통해 미리 정해진 패턴을 이루며 형성되는 블록 바디 및 다른 상기 건설용 모듈 블록과 연통되도록, 상기 블록 바디의 내부에 형성되는 중공의 채널을 포함한다.
