The present rebar coupler is formed by cutting a single pipe in the longitudinal direction, is formed as a single coupler body with one side joined in a semi-cylindrical structure, and includes a first fastening joint part in the outward direction from the center of the single pipe and a second fastening joint part in the outward direction of the other side so that a tightening force can be provided to the rebar in a rebar coupler main body. By having a spring band clip wound on the outer circumference, the rebars can be firmly connected. Compared to existing joint devices, the present invention can provide the rebar coupler that is superior in construction and jointing properties, is simple to manufacture, and uses less material without deviation according to direction while having a low manufacturing cost.
