A structure of one floor of a remodeled apartment building having a structure, in which an elevator installed in a building cannot be extended to the basement due to a foundation structure located in the basement, includes: a first household located in one space of one floor of the apartment building; a second household located in another space of one floor of the apartment building; a moving space of an elevator; an emergency staircase; and a connection structure connecting the moving space of the elevator from a boundary of an exterior wall of the first household most adjacent to the moving space of the elevator and a boundary of an exterior wall of the second household most adjacent to the moving space of the elevator, wherein the moving space of the elevator, the emergency staircase and the connection structure are installed to be protruding to the outside of a line connecting the boundary of the exterior wall of the first household most adjacent to the moving space of the elevator and the boundary of the exterior wall of the second household most adjacent to the moving space of the elevator.
지하에 위치한 기초구조물로 인하여 건물 내부에 설치된 엘리베이터를 지하까지 연장시킬 수 없는 구조를 가지는 아파트의 리모델링 후의 한 층의 구조는, 상기 아파트의 건물의 한 층의 한 공간에 위치하는 제1세대와; 상기 아파트의 건물의 한 층의 다른 한 공간에 위치하는 제2세대와; 엘리베이터의 이동공간과; 비상계단과; 그리고 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간에 가장 인접하는 상기 제1세대의 외벽의 경계와 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간에 가장 인접하는 상기 제2세대의 외벽의 경계로부터 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간 사이를 연결하는 연결 구조물을 포함하되, 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간과 상기 비상계단과 상기 연결 구조물은 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간과 상기 비상계단에 가장 인접하는 상기 제1세대의 외벽의 경계와 상기 엘리베이터의 이동공간과 상기 비상계단에 가장 인접하는 상기 제2세대의 외벽의 경계를 연결하는 선의 외부에 돌출되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
