Disclosed is a push-pull handle for opening and closing a door, which can control the opening/closing state of a door or a window to prevent the opening/closing state of the door or the window from being easily changed. The push-pull handle for opening and closing a door comprises: a body frame fixed on a door frame and including a protruding part resulting from a portion of one surface thereof protruding to one side, wherein one end of the protruding part includes a fixing hole; a lever unit coupled to the body frame by inserting a portion of one side thereof into the fixing hole; a fixing unit arranged on the other side of the body frame and including a fixing pin protruding part protruding from one side thereof, wherein the fixing pin protruding part penetrates the fixing hole to be accommodated in the lever unit; a round unit including a latch protruding from one side thereof, wherein one side thereof is coupled to the other side of the fixing unit and a portion thereof performs a rotating motion by a first external force provided for the lever unit; a spin unit allowing one side thereof to be inserted into the other side of the round unit, extended to the other side to be engaged with a motion gear coupled to the door frame, and rotating based on the rotating motion; and a motion locking unit arranged on one side of the round unit, and including a locking button including a latch hole accommodating the latch and a button spring coupled to the lower end of the locking button. The fixing unit moves by the first external force to rotate and move the round unit.
