본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 스노우멜팅 서비스를 제공하기 위한 장치가 제공된다. 상기 장치는, 적어도 하나의 프로세서(processor); 및 상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서가 적어도 하나의 동작(operation)을 수행하도록 지시하는 명령어들(instructions)을 저장하는 메모리(memory)를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 적어도 하나의 동작은, 사용자 단말로부터 도로위치를 수신하고, 상기 도로위치를 기상 서버에 전송하며, 상기 기상 서버로부터 상기 도로위치 및 상기 도로위치를 전송한 시각과 대응하는 풍속 및 기상을 수신하는 동작; 대기온도 센서로부터 대기온도를 수신하고, 대기습도 센서로부터 제1 대기습도를 수신하며, 상기 대기온도, 상기 대기습도, 상기 풍속, 상기 기상 및 상기 도로위치를 이용해 제1 결빙률을 결정하는 동작; 상기 제1 결빙률이 미리 설정된 제1 기준 결빙률보다 큰 경우, 도로온도 센서로부터 도로온도를 수신하고, 상기 도로위치와 대응하는 도로넓이 및 도로경사 와 상기 제1 결빙률 및 상기 도로온도를 이용하여 제2 결빙률을 결정하는 동작; 및상기 제2 결빙률이 미리 결정된 제2 기준 결빙률보다 큰 경우, 히팅 케이블에 전원공급신호를 전송하는 동작을 포함한다.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for providing snow-melting services is provided. The apparatus comprises: at least one processor; and a memory storing instructions that instruct the at least one processor to perform at least one operation. In addition, the at least one operation comprises: an operation of receiving a road location from a user terminal, transmitting the road location to a weather server, and receiving the road location and wind speed and weather corresponding to the time at which the road location was transmitted from the weather server; an operation of receiving air temperature from an air temperature sensor, receiving first air humidity from an air humidity sensor, and determining a first freezing rate using the air temperature, the air humidity, the wind speed, the weather, and the road location; an operation of receiving road temperature from a road temperature sensor when the first freezing rate is greater than a preset first reference freezing rate, and determining a second freezing rate using road width and road slope corresponding to the road location, the first freezing rate, and the road temperature; and an operation of transmitting a power supply signal to a heating cable when the second freezing rate is greater than a predetermined second reference freezing rate. According to the present invention, the freezing rate can be measured more accurately.
