프리캐스트 방식으로 제작된 콘크리트 재질의 기둥부재, 빔부재 및 벽체부재를 현장에서 신속하게 연결하여 일체화 제작이 가능한 프리캐스트 부재 연결장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 구조물 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 프리캐스트 부재 연결장치는 수평노출부로 형성되어 수직홈에 삽입 연결시킨 후, 충전재에 의하여 기둥부재와 빔부재가 일체화되도록 하면서 벽체부재와 기둥부재도 함께 서로 일체화시켜 프리캐스트 구조물 제작이 가능하도록 하게 된다.
The present invention relates to a precast member connecting device capable of quickly connecting and integrally manufacturing concrete column members, beam members, and wall members manufactured by the precast method in the field, and a method of manufacturing a precast structure using the same. The precast member connecting device is formed as a horizontal exposed portion and is inserted into and connected to a vertical groove, and then a column member and a beam member are integrated by a filler, and a wall member and the column member are also integrated together to enable the production of a precast structure.

프리캐스트 방식으로 제작된 콘크리트 재질의 기둥부재, 빔부재 및 벽체부재를 현장에서 신속하게 연결하여 일체화 제작이 가능한 프리캐스트 부재 연결장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 구조물 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 프리캐스트 부재 연결장치는 수평노출부로 형성되어 수직홈에 삽입 연결시킨 후, 충전재에 의하여 기둥부재와 빔부재가 일체화되도록 하면서 벽체부재와 기둥부재도 함께 서로 일체화시켜 프리캐스트 구조물 제작이 가능하도록 하게 된다.
