본 발명은 토사 유실을 최소화하면서 배수 기능을 유지할 수 있는 부직포 시트에 관한 것으로서, 제1부직포(110); 상기 제1부직포(110)의 하부면에 겹쳐지도록 결합되는 방수 재질의 합성수지 시트(130); 및, 상기 합성수지 시트(130)의 하부면에 겹쳐지도록 결합되는 제2부직포(120);로 구성되어 상기 제1부직포(110)와 상기 제2부직포(120)가 상기 합성수지 시트(130)를 보호하고, 상기 합성수지 시트(130)에는 다수의 배수공(135)이 천공되어 배수 기능이 확보될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합체 부직포 시트, 이를 이용한 하천 제방의 사면 구조 및 사면 공법에 관한 것이다.
