INTER-FLOOR NOISE PREVENTION MATERIAL AND ITS CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE
소리 전달 특성은 낮게 유지하면서도 설치 공간의 높이는 최소화시킬 수 있으며, 오랜 시간 형태 변화 없이 높은 하중의 마감시멘트나 바닥 마감재를 견고하게 지지체 형태로 지지할 수 있고, 복층 건물의 바닥뿐만 아니라 벽체를 통해서 전달되는 층간소음까지도 차단시킬 수 있는 층간소음 방지재 및 이를 이용한 복층건물 시공구조가 개시된다. 상기 층간소음 방지재 및 이를 이용한 복층건물 시공구조는 복층 건물 거주자들의 층간소음 피해를 대폭 줄일 수 있으며, 층간소음으로 인한 거주자들 간의 민원과 분쟁 발생 비율 또한 대폭 줄일 수 있으므로 아파트와 같이 복층으로 형성된 공동주택 거주자들의 삶의 만족도를 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Disclosed are an inter-floor noise prevention material and a multi-story building construction structure using the same to minimize the height of an installation space while keeping low sound transmission, to firmly support high-load finishing cement or floor finishing materials in the form of a support body without deformation for a long time, and to block even inter-floor noise transmitted through walls as well as floors of a multi-story building. The inter-floor noise prevention material and the multi-story building construction structure using the same can significantly reduce damage from inter-floor noise to residents of a multi-story building, and can also significantly reduce the rate of civil complaints and disputes between residents due to inter-floor noise, thereby greatly improving the life satisfaction of residents of a multi-story type apartment house such as an apartment. The inter-floor noise prevention material is formed by vertically laminating and bonding a pair of synthetic resin sheets, in which a metal thin film is interposed between a pair of synthetic resin films or metal ions are vacuum-deposited on the surface of synthetic resin films, so that a plurality of gas pockets filled with gas are formed at predetermined intervals between the pair of synthetic resin sheets.
