The present invention relates to a chain-belt-based vertical train platform screen door. The vertical train platform screen door according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a pair of vertical frames; upper and lower motorized safety doors (MSDs) disposed between the pair of vertical frames; binding plates coupled to the sides of each of the upper and lower MSDs; and coupling pins bound to the binding plates and coupled to a chain belt that moves so as to move the lower MSD in the vertical direction.
