본 발명에 따라 연속주조용 내화물에 라이너(Liner) 형태로 배치되는 질화물계 내화물은 Al(알루미늄), B2O3(산화붕소), AlN(질화알루미늄) 또는 Al(알루미늄), B2O3(산화붕소), Al2O3(산화알루미늄)을 출발물질로 선택하여, SHS(자전연소합성법 Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)방법으로 합성하며, 질화붕소(BN), 산질화알루미늄(AlON), 질화알루미늄(AlN)을 생성물질(최종 구성물)로 구성하되, 상기 생성물질 중 상기 질화붕소(BN)의 비율은 5 ~ 20 중량부로 마련됨으로써 개재물 부착을 방지하고 열간 안정성 및 내식성이 개선되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
According to the present invention, a nitride-based refractory material placed as a liner on a refractory material for continuous casting is synthesized by the Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) method by selecting aluminum (Al), boron oxide (B2O3), and aluminum nitride (AlN), or aluminum (Al), boron oxide (B2O3), and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) as starting materials, wherein the product (final composition) is composed of boron nitride (BN), aluminum oxynitride (AlON), and aluminum nitride (AlN), and the proportion of boron nitride (BN) in the product is set to 5-20 parts by weight to prevent the adherence of inclusions and improve heat stability and corrosion resistance.
