본 발명은 기존 건축물을 대상으로 철골가새의 좌굴을 방지하여 안정적인 이력거동을 통한 에너지 소산능력을 극대화시킴으로써 내진 보강이 가능한 새로운 구조의 저항복강을 이용한 구조물 내진보강용 좌굴방지가새에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 저항복강을 이용한 구조물 내진보강용 좌굴방지가새는 상기 쐐기부재(40)를 이용하여 보강관체(30)에 적절한 프레스트레스를 가할 수 있음으로, 좌굴방지가새의 압축강도가 더욱 향상되는 장점이 있다.
