고온 플라즈마 발생장치를 이용하는 세라믹 구상화 장치 및 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 플라즈마 토치로부터 발생되는 고온 플라즈마를 유도하여 외부로부터 투입되는 세라믹 원재료 분말을 고온 플라즈마로 용융시켜 구상화된 나노 미세 입자로 처리하는 처리 공간을 포함하는 플라즈마 발생장치의 반응기; 고온 플라즈마 열원의 열손실을 방지하기 위하여 상기 반응기의 내벽을 따라 설치된 그라파이트 라이너; 및 상기 그라파이트 라이너와 상기 반응기 내벽을 비접촉으로 이격시키는 에어 갭;을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
