본 발명은 결로 및 누수 방지 기능을 구비한 창호 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 창틀 부재가 설치되는 건물 벽체의 설치면에 설정의 경사각을 형성하여 외부에서 유입되거나 실내-실외의 온도차에 따라 생성된 수분(물)이 경사면을 따라 건물 벽체의 외부로 배출되게 이루어진 결로 및 누수 방지 기능을 구비한 창호 구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 건물 벽체와 창틀 부재를 포함하되, 설치면이 설정의 경사각를 가지는 경사면으로 형성된다.
