본 개시는, 간단한 구조와 용이한 시공방법으로 우수한 방수 및 방근 성능을 구현할 수 있는 방수 및 방근 시공방법 및 이의 구조에 관한 것으로, 시공 방법은 (a) 바탕면 위에 프라이머를 도포하고 경화시켜 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 프라이머층 위에 복수의 복합시트를 위치시켜, 복합시트 간 일부분이 겹쳐 형성된 이음부를 포함하는 복합시트층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 이음부에 제1 폴리우레탄을 도포하여 제1 폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
