본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건축용 모듈러 구조물 제작 방법은, 복수의 천장보 및 노드를 긴결한 천장철골조 및 천장면을 형성하는 천장스터드패널을 포함하는 천장어셈블리 제작 단계(S11), 복수의 바닥보 및 노드를 긴결한 바닥철골조 및 바닥면을 형성하는 바닥스터드패널을 포함하는 바닥어셈블리 제작 단계(S12), 장변 벽체를 형성하는 장변벽체어셈블리 및 단변 벽체를 형성하는 단변벽체어셈블리를 포함하는 벽체어셈블리 제작 단계(S13), 욕실을 형성하는 포드(pod) 제작 단계(S14), 상기 천장어셈블리, 바닥어셈블리, 벽체어셈블리 및 포드를 포함하는 어셈블리 조립 단계(S2), 및 상기 모듈러 구조물 외부의 이음부를 실란트로 실링 처리하고, 칸막이벽을 설치하며, 내외장 마감재를 설치하는 마감 단계(S3)를 포함하여, 바닥, 벽체, 천장 및 포드에 해당하는 부분들을 어셈블리 형태로 각각 별도의 공정으로 병렬적으로 제작 후 각 어셈블리를 하나의 완성체로 조립하고 마감을 진행함으로써 생산성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있으며, 각 공정에 의해 별도로 제작된 어셈블리들을 조립할 때, 3D 지그를 이용하여 각각 정확한 위치에 수평 또는 수직을 맞춰 견고하게 고정하여 조립함으로써 오차 없는 정확한 크기와 모양의 모듈러 구조물을 제작할 수 있도록 한다.
A method for manufacturing a modular structure for construction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a ceiling assembly including a ceiling steel frame, in which a plurality of ceiling beams and nodes are connected, and a ceiling stud panel, which forms a ceiling surface (S11); manufacturing a floor assembly including a floor steel frame, in which a plurality of floor beams and nodes are connected, and a floor stud panel, which forms a floor surface (S12); manufacturing a wall assembly including a long-side wall assembly, which forms a long-side wall, and a short-side wall assembly, which forms a short-side wall (S13); manufacturing a pod that forms a bathroom (S14); assembling an assembly that includes the ceiling assembly, the floor assembly, the wall assembly, and the pod (S2); and performing finishing work by sealing joints outside the modular structure with sealant, installing a partition wall, and installing interior and exterior finishing materials (S3). Parts corresponding to the floor, walls, ceiling, and pod are each manufactured in parallel through separate processes into assemblies, after which the assemblies are assembled into a single complete body and finishing is performed, and thus productivity can be significantly improved. In addition, when assembling the assemblies manufactured separately through the respective processes, the assemblies are assembled by securely fixing each of the assemblies at the correct location and properly aligning same horizontally or vertically using a 3D jig, and thus it is possible to manufacture a modular structure of the correct size and shape without errors.
