Disclosed is a system for spraying a road with a liquid including water for road cleaning or salt brine for road snow removal and ice formation prevention, the eco-friendly oxygen water spray system comprising: a storage tank storing the liquid; an oxygen nanobubble generation device disposed around the storage tank to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen in the liquid; a pipe extending along a road and installed buried in or externally on a median strip, a road surface, or a roadside; a pump transferring the liquid in the storage tank through the pipe; a water temperature controller maintaining the temperature of the liquid within set values; and a plurality of spray nozzles fixedly installed at predetermined intervals along the road, connected to the pipe through high-pressure hoses, and selectively opened to spray the liquid onto the road surface, wherein the oxygen generation unit includes an oxygen-generating functional composition consisting of potassium superoxide (KO2), perfluorodecalin (C10F18), sodium percarbonate (2Na2CO3·3H2O2), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and the content of perfluorodecalin (C10F18) is 0.5-10 wt% relative to the total weight of the oxygen-generating functional composition.
