Состав и способ изготовления кварцитового жаростойкого бетона
FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the refractory materials industry, namely, heat-resistant concrete, and can be used in the manufacture of products from quartzite heat-resistant concrete. Proposed is a composition for the manufacture of quartzite refractory concrete comprising: a binder, quartzite aggregate and water, as a binder, it contains colloidal sodium polysilicate with a silicate module 6.5, obtained by introducing into a 20 % aqueous solution of sodium silicate 16 % hydrosol of silica dioxide at a ratio of 1:1.6, mixing at 100 °C for 3 hours, followed by 0.5 hours of ageing, and as a filler, natural fine amorphous silica of the following chemical composition is used, wt.%: SiO– 87.00; AlO– 5.00; TiO0.3; FeO– 2.25; PO– 0.07; FeO less than 0.25; CaO – 0.72; MgO – 0.50; MnO – 0.02; KO – 1.03; NaO – 0.58; SOless than 0.10; SPT – 2.26, at the following ratio of components, wt. %: quartzite aggregate 80–90, colloidal sodium polysilicate 5–7, natural fine amorphous silica 3–15, water 0.12–0.14. Proposed is a method for manufacturing quartzite refractory concrete of the above composition, comprising adding amorphous silica to colloidal sodium polysilicate and adding water, mixing in a high-speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous suspension, with its subsequent mixing with quartzite filler in a paddle mixer of forced action to obtain a homogeneous mass, followed by layer-by-layer tamping and hardening according to the scheme – raising the temperature to 200 °C – 1 h, ageing 2 hours.EFFECT: increase of the temperature of initial deformation under load of 1/5 MPa °C, thermal resistance and water resistance of products from quartzite heat-resistant concrete.2 cl, 2 tbl
