The base end of the interlock tab is contiguous with the side wall, and the interlock tab extends from the base end to the proximal end. The sidewall defines a retention orifice. A ratio of a first distance, measured from the center of the retention orifice to the base wall and a second longitudinal distance, measured from the center of the retention orifice to the proximal end is about 3:2 or less.
