FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method of disassembly and assembly of structures inside metal cooling towers without a crane includes mounting the assembly rope-block system inside the cooling tower, with fixing the angle blocks of the hoist rope and tightening the assembling system on the cooling tower frame. Lifting and moving the structures inside the cooling tower is carried out by the operation of a lifting and a pulling winch located on the adjacent territory of the cooling tower, transporting structures is carried out through the lower part of the cooling tower by means of a trolley and a transport winch. The method allows to perform works on the assembling and disassembling of individual structures, the overhaul or the reconstruction of the irrigation system of a metal cooling tower in hard-to-reach areas without the use of expensive equipment and assembly cranes, in the constrained conditions of the operating production plant.EFFECT: simplifying the assembly works during the overhaul or the reconstruction of the irrigation system of metal cooling towers of predominantly tower type.2 dwg
