FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction in areas with complex engineering and geocryological conditions, namely, to heat setting of permafrost and loose grounds. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the heat setting of grounds of year-round action for cold accumulation in the bases of buildings and structures contains a steel pipe of the heat setting and an aluminium pipe of a condenser, wherein the heat setting condenser is made in the form of a vertical pipe consisting of a condenser body, a condenser cap and two condensers finned from the outside, a finned area is not less than 2.3 m, wherein the heat setting has an element for slinging in the upper part in the form of a mounting bracket.EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the constructibility of the erection procedure of long-length heat settings, reduction of installation time, increase in the design reliability.1 cl, 1 dwg
