BLOCK-SHAPED MOULD
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the construction of monolithic foundations-shells under columns. Block-shaped mould consists of external transforming form blocks and internal form block with form stripping mechanism. External transforming blocks consist of the angular and intermediate elements, interconnected with the possibility of longitudinal displacements. Elements are designed in the form of prisms, each side of which has different size and can adjust the parameters of foundation, tilt angles of elements using brackets and fixing bolts. The internal form block with stripping mechanism includes vertical or inclined pivotally connected form panels. Shields and intersecting connections are pivotally connected in the upper and lower portions from the inner side of the form. Connections form levers and are pivotally fixed in the upper and lower parts of the jacking device.EFFECT: block-shaped mould improves the reliability and simplifies installation of monolithic foundations-shells, reduces the time and efforts needed for its construction.2 cl, 8 dwg
Изобретение предназначено для возведения монолитных фундаментов-оболочек под колонны. Блок-форма опалубки состоит из внешних трансформирующихся опалубочных блоков и внутреннего опалубочного блока с механизмом распалубки. Внешние трансформирующиеся блоки состоят из угловых и средних элементов, соединенных между собой, с возможностью продольных перемещений. Элементы выполнены в виде призм, каждая сторона которой имеет разный размер и может регулировать параметры фундамента, углы наклона элементов с помощью кронштейнов и фиксирующих болтов. Внутренний опалубочный блок с механизмом распалубки включает вертикальные или наклонные шарнирно соединенные щиты опалубки. Щиты и пересекающиеся связи соединены шарнирно в верхних и нижних частях с внутренней стороны опалубки. Связи образуют рычаги и фиксируются шарнирно в верхних и нижних частях домкратного устройства.
