The gear contains a cylinder (4) and accumulator (7), at that the cylinder (4) contains top chamber (4a) and bottom chamber (4b), and stock (2) of the cylinder piston connected with the boom (1), at that the top part of the accumulator (7) is filled with gas, and bottom part of the accumulator (7) is filled with the hydraulic liquid (19) and is connected with the bottom chamber (4b) of the cylinder; the regulating cylinder (12) containing the top chamber (12a) and bottom chamber (12b), and piston stock (23) connected with the boom (1); the hydraulic pump (9) during the hydraulic liquid supply to the top chamber (12a) of the regulating cylinder lifts the boom (1) such that the boom weight presses the cylinder piston stock (2) to extrude the hydraulic liquid from the bottom chamber (4b) of the cylinder to the bottom part of the accumulator, to compress the gas in the top part of the accumulator for potential energy regeneration, and during the hydraulic liquid supply by the hydraulic pump to the bottom chamber (12b) of the regulating cylinder the boom (1) lifts, at that the cylinder piston stock (2) lifts such that the compressed gas from the top part of the accumulator extrudes the hydraulic liquid (19) from bottom part of the accumulator to the bottom chamber (4b) of the cylinder, to release the regenerated potential energy thus pushing out the cylinder piston stock (2) for the boom lifting. Use of the device ensures the effective regeneration and re-use of the potential energy of the boom lowering, thus energy is saved, and boom operability increases.
