ERECTION METHOD OF PIER FOUNDATION WITH EXPANDED BASE
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to permafrost foundations. An erection method a pier foundation with an expanded base involves creation of a well by soil excavation, formation on the end of the cavity of the expanded base by arrangement in the lower part of the well of an explosive charge and its further blasting, with that, before cast concrete is introduced to the well, the foundation is reinforced. According to the invention, before the cavity of the enlarged base is formed, a casing pipe is introduced to the well to the level of the supposed enlarged based, and into the upper part of the casing pipe, which is not filled with concrete, there installed is a heat pipe after concreting, the lower end of which is arranged below lower permafrost level.EFFECT: speed-up and simplification of erection of a foundation with a high load-carrying ability with simultaneous improvement of its reliability due to exclusion of warm-up of the pier foundation during summer season.1 dwg

Способ возведения столбчатого фундамента с камуфлетным уширением включает создание скважины путем выемки грунта, образование на конце полости камуфлетного уширения путем размещения в нижней части скважины заряда взрывчатого вещества и последующего его взрыва, при этом перед введением в скважину литого бетона осуществляют армирование фундамента. Согласно изобретению, перед образованием полости камуфлетного уширения в скважину вводится обсадная труба до уровня предполагаемого камуфлетного уширения, а в незаполненную бетоном верхнюю часть обсадной трубы после бетонирования устанавливается тепловая труба, нижний торец которой размещен ниже нижнего уровня вечной мерзлоты. Технический результат изобретения состоит в ускорении и упрощении возведения фундамента с высокой несущей способностью с одновременным повышением его надежности за счет исключения прогрева столбчатого фундамента в летнее время. 1 ил.
