METHOD TO MOUNT EXTERNAL WALL WITH VENTILATED SUSPENDED FACADE
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to the method of mounting ventilated suspended facades. The method to erect an external wall of a multi-story building with a suspended facade by means of fixation of brackets, heat insulation to the base of a floor-to-floor fill in the form of masonry from blocks or bricks with subsequent installation of guides and facade boards providing for the ventilated air layer. A panel is suspended to the building frame by means of embedded parts, which serves simultaneously as the base and the internal layer of the wall, being made of reinforced concrete, with brackets and heat insulation boards fixed before mounting at the side of the facade, as well as horizontal guides.EFFECT: usage of this invention provides for reliable and high-quality fixation of brackets with short periods of external work performance on scaffolds, at the same time wet processes are excluded (reduced), which makes it possible to install wall under winter conditions as well.4 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительству, в частности к способу монтажа вентилируемых навесных фасадов. Способ возведения наружной стены многоэтажного здания с навесным фасадом путем крепления кронштейнов, теплоизоляции к основанию междуэтажного заполнения в виде кладки из блоков или кирпичей с последующей установкой направляющих и фасадных плит, обеспечивающей вентилируемую воздушную прослойку. К каркасу здания посредством закладных деталей навешивается панель, выполняющая одновременно функцию основания и внутреннего слоя стены, изготовленная из армированного бетона, с прикрепленными до монтажа со стороны фасада кронштейнами и плитами теплоизоляции, а также горизонтальными направляющими. Использование настоящего изобретения обеспечивает надежное и качественное крепление кронштейнов при незначительных сроках выполнения наружных работ на лесах, при этом исключаются (уменьшаются) мокрые процессы, что позволяет вести монтаж стен и в зимних условиях. 4 ил.
