Design of the plate consists of two solid bodies, hollow and solid cross-sections, with concrete and rebar dowels combined into a single unit. Solid body of the plate at a distance of 250…350 mm from the end of the opening diameter of posted 600…700 mm, is reinforced by the individual contour rods arranged in the upper part of the section.EFFECT: technical result is to increase the functionality and performance of the hollow-core slabs by devices in the process plate opening.1 cl, 5 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано при производстве многопустотных плит перекрытий с технологическим проемом, предназначенным для пропуска инженерных коммуникаций. Технический результат состоит в расширении функциональных и эксплуатационных качеств многопустотной плиты за счет устройства в плите технологического проема. Конструкция плиты состоит из двух монолитных тел, пустотного и сплошного сечений, объединенных бетонными шпонками и арматурой в единый блок. В сплошном теле плиты на расстоянии 250…350 мм от торца размещен проем диаметром 600…700 мм, армированный по контуру отдельными стержнями, размещенными в верхней части сечения. 5 ил.
