METHOD OF REPLACING PIPELINE VALVE AT COMPRESSOR STATIONS OF GAS MAINS
FIELD: gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used for replacement of pipeline valves at compressor stations of gas mainlines. In method above pipeline assembly trestle is assembled of transverse and longitudinal beams mounted on tubular supports. Before trestle assembly in places of its inclined part rest and arrangement of tubular supports compacted soil made of sand and gravel is added, and sleepers are laid, with their fastening by brackets. After assembling of trestle and entry of self-propelled crane to it at outermost crane stops are installed fastened to transverse or lengthwise beams of trestle, and wedge stops are set under wheels of self-propelled crane. Then, operations on replacement of pipeline valves are carried out, wherein transportation of dismountable and feeding of newly installed pipeline valves are performed on bogie, which is displaced along longitudinal beams with help of electric winch. Pipeline fittings fixed to bogie with help of twists made of wire.EFFECT: method makes possible to replace fittings in especially constrained conditions.1 cl, 2 dwg

В способе над трубопроводным узлом собирают эстакаду из поперечных и продольных балок, установленных на трубчатые опоры. Перед сборкой эстакады в местах опирания ее наклонной части и расположения трубчатых опор уплотняют грунт, выполняют песчано-гравийную подсыпку и укладывают шпалы, скрепляя их между собой скобами. После сборки эстакады и въезда на нее самоходного крана на крайние мосты крана устанавливают упоры и крепят их к поперечным или продольным балкам эстакады, а под колеса самоходного крана устанавливают клиновые упоры. Далее производят работы по замене трубопроводной арматуры, причем транспортировку демонтируемой и подачу вновь устанавливаемой трубопроводной арматуры производят на тележке, которую передвигают по продольным балкам с помощью электролебедки. Трубопроводную арматуру к тележке закрепляют с помощью скруток из проволоки. Способ позволяет выполнять замену трубопроводной арматуры в особо стесненных условиях. 2 ил.
