SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION TRANSLUCENT WALLING STRUCTURES
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: system of construction translucent walling structures consists of separate blocks (modules) each of which has a frame structure made of metal side profile racks with the butt joint with them of lower and upper profiled imposts, filled with sheet material fixed through an elastic seal and glazing bead. Moreover, in the grooves of the profiles of the side racks and imposts seals of elastic material are placed, profile of which corresponds to the profile of the corresponding groove. System is made of factory-assembled modules comprising at least one module, made with flap, sheet filling of frame is made of transparent and/or opaque material, and the upper part of the module is equipped with elements of its joining and fastening to the mounting site fixed on the ceiling. Each module is further provided with a static amplifier that is attached to the side wall of the module and is executed with possibility of placement in its groove of embedded parts.EFFECT: disclosed is a system of construction translucent walling structures, mainly for balconies and loggias.6 cl, 6 dwg
Предложена система строительных светопрозрачных ограждающих конструкций, преимущественно балконов и лоджий. Она состоит из отдельных блоков (модулей), каждый из которых содержит каркас рамы, выполненный из металлических боковых профильных стоек с соединенными встык с ними нижнего и верхнего профильных импостов, заполненных листовым материалом, закрепленным посредством упругого уплотнения и штапика. Причем в пазах профилей боковых стоек и импостов размещены уплотнения из упругого материала, профиль которых соответствует профилю соответствующего паза. При этом система выполнена из модулей заводской сборки, включающих по крайней мере один модуль, выполненный со створкой, листовое заполнение рамы выполнено из прозрачного и/или непрозрачного материала, а верхняя часть модуля снабжена элементами стыковки и крепления его к монтажному узлу, закрепленному на перекрытии. Причем каждый модуль дополнительно снабжен статическим усилителем, прикрепленным к боковой стенке модуля и выполненным с возможностью размещения в его пазу закладных деталей. 5 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.
