FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: flap turning angle limiter with the hitch on the left slider and the right slider relates to bolts and other locking devices for the flaps, in particular to devices for limiting the opening of doors and windows in buildings and for fixing them in the open position by means of the movable elements located on a frame and a flap, to be hitched and unhitched. The limiter comprises the hinged plate with the groove, the bolt with a handle and a hitch made with the possibility to pass through the groove and to hitch on its longitudinal edges after turning, the guiding housing, which accommodates the bolt and in which a winding slot is made, consisting of the transverse bore and the initial bore and the fixing bore connected with its ends, made longitudinal and arranged in opposite directions from the transverse bore with the possibility of moving the bolt handle along them. On the plate side opposite the guiding housing at least one longitudinal projection is made with the possibility of hitching the hitch behind it. The longitudinal projection height does not exceed the maximum possible movement path length of the bolt handle in the fixing bore. The left slider is put on the plate, with the possibility of movement along it. A rack ratchet mechanism is arranged on the plate, comprising a rack made in one of the groove longitudinal edges, and an arresting device equipped with an adjustment handle. The arresting device is located in the groove for movement therealong between the left slider and the right cover interconnected with the possibility of movement along the groove. The hitch is made on the left slider with the possibility of hitching on the bracket rigidly attached to the guiding housing, and the auxiliary opening is made in the left slider through which the adjustment handle is moved out. Ограничитель содержит шарнирно закрепляемую накладку с пазом, засов с ручкой и зацепкой, выполненной с возможностью прохождения сквозь паз и зацепления после поворота за его продольные края, направляющий корпус, в котором размещен засов и в котором выполнена извилистая прорезь, состоящая из поперечной скважины и соединенных с ее концами начальной скважины и фиксирующей скважины, выполненных продольными и расположенных в противоположных направлениях от поперечной скважины с возможностью перемещения вдоль них ручки засова. На стороне накладки, противоположной направляющему корпусу, выполнен, как минимум, один продольный выступ с возможностью зацепления за него зацепки. Высота продольного выступа не превосходит длину максимально возможного пути перемещения ручки засова в фиксирующей скважине. На накладку с возможностью перемещения вдоль нее надет левый ползунок. На накладке выполнен реечный храповой механизм, содержащий зубчатую рейку, выполненную в одном из продольных краев паза, и собачку, снабженную отжимной ручкой. Собачка расположена в пазу с возможностью перемещения вдоль него между левым ползунком и правой крышкой, соединенными друг с другом с возможностью перемещения вдоль паза. На
