The reference hole is made in the left cover, and the other reference hole is made in the right cover, with the possibility for the hitch to pass sequentially through the reference hole in the left cover, the groove, the other reference hole on the right cover, and then with the possibility of the hitch for hitching, after its subsequent turning, on the right cover or the plate.
