KOCHETOV'S PREFABRICATED SHELTER
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: prefabricated shelter containing the frame, the gateway, places for accommodating the evacuees, the filter and ventialtion unit, the toilet and water and food supplies, is equipped with the block prefabricated seismic-resistant structure comprising the system of blocks and connecting elements connected into a single structure; it consists of elements made in the form of blocks, some of which are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with the grooves made on the four faces of the parallelepiped in the plane of its symmetry. The grooves are made with cylindrical openings for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are mated with the first ones and made as a rectangular parallelepiped with studs made on the four faces of the parallelepiped. The studs are made with cylindrical openings for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element. The surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equidimensional, and are united into the block prefabricated structure by means of the connecting elements.EFFECT: reducing the shelter erection time due to equipping the frame with a closed block structure.4 cl, 6 dwg
Изобретение относится к технике предотвращения последствий землетрясений. Технический результат - уменьшение времени возведения укрытия за счет оснащения каркаса блочной замкнутой конструкцией. Это достигается тем, что быстровозводимое укрытие, содержащее каркас, шлюз, места для размещения эвакуируемых, фильтровентиляционное устройство, туалет и запасы воды и продуктов питания, оснащено блочной быстровозводимой сейсмостойкой конструкцией, содержащей соединенную в единую конструкцию систему блоков и соединительных элементов, она состоит из элементов, выполненных в виде блоков, одни из которых выполнены в виде прямоугольного параллелепипеда с пазами, выполненными на четырех гранях параллелепипеда, в плоскости его симметрии, при этом пазы выполнены с цилиндрическими отверстиями под внешний диаметр цилиндрического корпуса соединительного элемента, а другие блоки сопряжены с первыми и выполнены в виде прямоугольного параллелепипеда с шипами, выполненными на четырех гранях параллелепипеда, при этом шипы выполнены с цилиндрическими отверстиями под внешний диаметр цилиндрического корпуса соединительного элемента, причем поверхности пазов и шипов являются эквидистантными, конгруэнтными и равновеликими и соединяются в блочную быстровозводимую конструкцию посредством соединительных элементов. 3 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.
