Object of the invention: productivity increase, the functionality of the working equipment of hydraulic excavator enhancement with combining bucket functions and maintaining low metal design, its high manufacturability and reliability. The gist of the invention: Tools and machinery of hydraulic excavator, comprising 1 - bucket with 2 - controlled wall, 3 - handle, 4 - traction with 5 - double-hinge, 6 - handle controlling cylinder and 7 - wall controlling cylinder. There is a cutout in the back of the bucket, into which the controlled wall - 2 is inserted with traction - 4, and a handle - 3 controlled by the hydraulic cylinder - 6, which is pivotally secured with a fork member - 8 to the top front part of the bucket - 1. Moreover, the rod of the controlling cylinder of the wall - 7 is attached at the top of the traction - 4 and double-hinge - 5, the edges of which are hinged respectively, is secured on the handle-6 and the top of the back of the bucket - 1.EFFECT: invention ensures more efficient productivity of small volume construction works, the reduction of the demand on energy-intensive machines and mechanisms.2 dwg
Использование: на земляных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работах. Задача изобретения: увеличение производительности, расширение функциональных возможностей рабочего оборудования гидравлического экскаватора с совмещением с функциями манипулятора при сохранении низкой металлоемкости конструкции, ее высокой технологичности и надежности. Сущность изобретения: Рабочее оборудование гидравлического экскаватора, включающее ковш 1 с управляемой стенкой 2, рукоять 3, тягу 4 с двузвенником 5, гидроцилиндры управления рукоятью 6 и стенкой 7, в задней части ковша имеет вырез, в который вставлена управляемая стенка 2 с тягой 4, а рукоять 3, управляемая гидроцилиндром управления рукоятью 6, шарнирно крепится с помощью вилочного элемента 8 к верхней передней части ковша 1, кроме того, в верхней части тяги 4 шарнирно крепятся шток гидроцилиндра управления стенкой 7 и двузвенник 5, края которого шарнирно прикреплены соответственно к рукояти 6 и верху задней части ковша 1.
