BUILDING PANELS MADE OF SOLID TIMBER
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the building panels. The panel contains the first element made of the solid timber bonded to the lower second element. Both elements are made of different timber species. The panels are provided with mechanical locking system which has a locking rail on the front edge of the first panel. The locking rail is provided with a locking element adapted to operate with a locking groove on the second edge of the second building panel for locking the both panels in the horizontal joining . The fiber direction FD of the first and second lower element extends substantially along the first and second edges. The lower second element has approximately the same or a greater degree of warpage due to the humidity changes in comparison with the first element. The locking rail contains the material of the lower second element.EFFECT: invention provides the exception of gaps between the panels at changing the humidity of the area.15 cl, 19 dwg, 1 tbl
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к панелям пола. Технический результат изобретения заключается в исключении щелей между панелями при изменении влажности в помещении. Панель содержит выполненные из массива древесины первый элемент, скрепленный с нижним вторым элементом. Оба элемента выполнены из древесины разных пород. Панели снабжены механической замковой системой, которая содержит замковую рейку на первой кромке первой панели. Замковая рейка снабжена замковым элементом, выполненным с возможностью работы совместно с замковым пазом на второй кромке второй строительной панели для горизонтального соединения в замок обеих панелей. Направление волокон FD первого и нижнего второго элементов по существу проходит вдоль первой и второй кромок. Нижний второй элемент имеет приблизительно одинаковую или более высокую величину коробления от изменений влажности в сравнении с первым элементом.
