FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a mesh made of composite reinforcement by means of placing the junctions of the composite material rods in a soft material and holding until the material hardens is that the material is represented by quick-setting cement, which is applied in doses to the surface having low adhesion to the cement, the composite rods are applied in such a way that their intersection points are arranged at the locations of the cement doses, the intersection points of the rods are pressed into the cement and holding is performed till the cement hardens.EFFECT: invention allows to increase the strength of the reinforcing mesh due to increasing the adhesion of fastening material to the rods, to increase the thermal stability of the mesh.
Изобретение относится к производству армирующей сетки из композитной арматуры. Способ изготовления сетки из композитной арматуры путем помещения мест соединения стержней из композитного материала в мягкий материал и выдержки до затвердевания материала заключается в том, что в качестве материала используют быстротвердеющий цемент, который наносят дозами на поверхность, имеющую низкую адгезию к цементу, накладывают композитные стержни таким образом, чтобы места их пересечения находились в местах расположения доз цемента, вдавливают места пересечения стержней в цемент и осуществляют выдержку до затвердевания цемента. Изобретение позволяет повысить прочность армирующей сетки за счет повышения адгезии скрепляющего материала к стержням, повысить термостабильности сетки.
