FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing fiberglass reinforcement provides for the formation of a fiber bundle of fiberglass, impregnation with a solution of a polymeric binder, shaping the rod preform with its profile until the polymerization of the binder is completed, the spiral winding of the rod preform is a twisted fiberglass yarn impregnated with a binder, curing the binder. The twisted yarn with loops is used for the winding of the rod. The loops are formed prior to impregnating the yarn with a polymeric binder.EFFECT: winding yarn with loops increases the adhesion strength of the fiberglass reinforcement rod to concrete, in addition, the presence of loops simplifies the connection of the rods with each other in the structure.1 dwg

Способ изготовления стеклопластиковой арматуры предусматривает формование из стекловолокна жгута, его пропитку раствором полимерного связующего, формование заготовки прута с приданием ему профиля до завершения процесса полимеризации связующего, спиральную обмотку заготовки прута крученой нитью из стекловолокна, пропитанной связующим, отверждение связующего. Для обмотки прута используют крученую нить с петлями, причем петли формируют перед пропиткой нити полимерным связующим. Обмотка нитью с петлями повышает прочность сцепления прута стеклопластиковой арматуры с бетоном, кроме того, наличие петель упрощает соединение прутов между собой в конструкцию. 1 ил.
