Machine for installing fasteners on the stretch ceiling canvas contains a canvas and fasteners, as well as a frame with side supports and a longitudinal beam between them. On the frame there are carriages installed with the possibility of longitudinal displacement, made in the form of toroidal parts with a rectangular cross-section, in the lower part of which there are mechanisms for fixing the fasteners at the through gap. Carriages are kinematically connected to the movement mechanisms that are located on the frame, on which rolls of the unwinding unit on which the canvas roll is located are also installed. On the longitudinal beam, the supports of the canvas drawing unit are mounted, on which the support rolls of the canvas drawing unit with the drive are located, on top of which there is a pressure roll. At the same time, the machine is capable of simultaneously feeding the canvas from the roll, positioning the carriages and automatically mounting the fastening mechanisms, and at least one electric drive is used to position the carriages with the fastening mechanisms at the given coordinates on the canvas.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the productivity of formation of a finished canvas with fasteners for a stretch ceiling and automation of the process of installing fasteners, increasing the accuracy of mounting attachments on the canvas.7 cl, 5 dwg

Станок для установки креплений на полотно для натяжного потолка содержит полотно и крепления, а также станину с боковыми опорами и продольной балкой между ними. На станине с возможностью продольного перемещения установлены каретки, выполненные в виде тороидальных деталей с прямоугольным поперечным сечением, в нижней части которых у сквозного промежутка расположены механизмы установки креплений. Каретки кинематически связаны с механизмами перемещения, которые расположены на станине, на которой также установлены валки узла размотки, на которых расположен рулон полотна. На продольной балке установлены опоры узла протяжки полотна, на которых расположены опорные валки узла протяжки полотна с приводом, сверху которых установлен прижимной валок. При этом станок выполнен с возможностью обеспечивать одновременную подачу полотна из рулона, позиционирование кареток и автоматическую установку механизмами креплений, а для позиционирования кареток с механизмами установки креплений по заданным координатам на полотне использован как минимум один электрический привод.
