SHEET-PILE CUTOFF (VARIANTS)
FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cutoffs of steel sheet piles and can be used to join sheet piles in the construction of hydraulic structures. A sheet pile cutoff formed from two identical elements in the form of standard profiles, which are fixed on two adjacent sheet piles, while the profile is welded to the longitudinal surface of the sheet pile at an angle. As a standard profile, a shaped tubular profile of a square cross-section is used, having a longitudinal cutout on the facing faces of the tubular profile for the mutual joining of the profiles into this longitudinal cutout. Locks of the cutoff are both tubular profiles of square section, and their clips are the internal parts of these profiles. Protrusions are parts of the cut facets inside the cage of each of the elements of the cutoff, and their combs are the additional commensurate elements welded onto these parts on the side of the cage.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the cutoff.18 cl, 5 dwg
Группа изобретений относится к замковым соединениям шпунтовых стенок из стали и может использоваться для соединения шпунтовых свай при строительстве гидротехнических сооружений. Шпунтовый замок, образованный из двух одинаковых элементов в виде стандартных профилей, которые закреплены на двух соседних шпунтовых сваях, при этом профиль приварен к продольной поверхности шпунтовой сваи под углом. В качестве стандартного профиля использован фасонный трубчатый профиль квадратного сечения, имеющий продольный вырез на обращенных друг к другу гранях трубчатого профиля для взаимного вхождения профилей друг в друга в этот продольный вырез. Захватами замка служат оба трубчатых профиля квадратного сечения, а их обоймами - внутренние части этих профилей. Выступами являются части разрезанных граней внутри обоймы каждого из элементов замка, а их гребнями - наваренные на эти части со стороны обоймы дополнительные соразмерные элементы.
