FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and mining industries and is the movable object for equipping earthmoving equipment, in particular, used in the excavation of firm and frozen soils, the destruction of solid constructional materials. Device for loosening firm soils and constructional materials, including cutting and bearing elements, is proposed. At the end of the bearing element is mounted a cutting element, consisting of an adapter having a conical projection, with a bit fastened by means of a screw on it, as well as a recess for attachment to the adapter and mounting of a replaceable joint. Adapter and crown parts are in the form of a body of rotation and are made of materials that can be heat treated.EFFECT: technical result realized with the help of the claimed invention is expressed in reducing the production cost, increasing wear resistance, and increasing maintainability.5 cl, 2 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительной и горной промышленности и является рабочим органом для оснащения землеройных машин, в частности, используемых при разработке прочных и мерзлых грунтов, разрушении твердых строительных материалов. Предложено устройство для рыхления прочных грунтов и строительных материалов, включающее режущий и несущий элементы. На конце несущего элемента установлен режущий элемент, состоящий из адаптера, имеющего конусный выступ, с закрепленной при помощи винта на нем коронкой, а также углубления для крепления к адаптеру и монтажа сменного зуба. Детали адаптер и коронка имеют форму тела вращения и выполнены из материалов, способных подвергаться термообработке. Технический результат, реализуемый при помощи заявляемого изобретения, выражается в снижении себестоимости производства, увеличении стойкости к износу, увеличении удобства обслуживания. 4 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.
