REINFORCED ASPHALT CONCRETE COVERING
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of asphalt-concrete multi-layer coating with reinforcing layer for non-rigid pavement when constructing new roads. Multi-layer asphalt-concrete coating consists of two reinforcing layers located at the top and bottom surfaces of new coating, each of which consists of at least two fibreglass meshes impregnated with asphalt mixture, with thread pitch of no more than four diameters in height and width of layer. Upper reinforcing layer is located at distance of wear layer thickness from the upper face of the new coating, and the lower reinforcing layer is on its lower edge.EFFECT: proposed arrangement of reinforcing layers along the height of the coating is rational from the point of view of its crack resistance and durability for non-rigid new road clothing, depending on intermaintenance period.1 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к конструкции асфальтобетонного многослойного покрытия с армирующим слоем для нежесткой дорожной одежды при строительстве новых автомобильных дорог. Многослойное асфальтобетонное покрытие состоит из двух армирующих слоев, расположенных у верхней и нижней поверхностей нового покрытия, каждый из которых состоит не менее чем из двух стеклосеток, пропитанных асфальтовой смесью, с шагом нитей не более четырех диаметров по высоте и ширине слоя. Верхний армирующий слой расположен на расстоянии толщины слоя износа от верхней грани нового покрытия, а нижний армирующий слой находится на нижней его грани. Предложенное расположение армирующих слоев по высоте покрытия является рациональным с точки зрения его трещиностойкости и долговечности для нежестких новых дорожных одежд в зависимости от межремонтного срока. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 1 ил.
